Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use tazier.com, buy a digital product from us, or hire us for a service. By doing so, you agree to them.

2. Digital products

Digital products (such as LaunchOS) are sold through Gumroad and delivered as downloads or links right after purchase. Your purchase gives you a personal license to use the product. You may not resell, share or republish it without written permission. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances. Our guides teach methods; they don't guarantee income.

3. Services

Quotes and scope: each package lists what's included. Anything extra is quoted separately.

Payment: packages under $500 are paid upfront. Larger projects are 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month and can be cancelled before the next billing date.

Revisions: each package includes the revision rounds listed. Extra changes are $35 per hour.

Delivery times are estimates that start once we've received payment and everything we need from you.

Ownership: once you've paid in full, you may use the delivered work commercially for your business. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

4. Your materials

You confirm you have the right to use any photos, logos, products or content you send us, and that your products and claims are lawful.

5. AI-generated content

Much of our work uses AI tools. You're responsible for following the rules of the platforms where you publish it, including labeling AI-generated or AI-altered content where required. Property photo enhancements improve image quality only and never change real features.

6. Liability

We do our best to deliver high-quality work, but we can't guarantee specific sales, views or results. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
